This "Mortgage Safe Haven" if you will, is a service that Know Loans is pioneering, to bring reliable expert mortgage advice and coaching to you, the consumer from a truly unbiased source. There is so much fear and bad information about lending in the marketplace today, that we believe this is not only a service that can help, but one that is really necessary.

Why mortgage advice from us, you ask? Well as we all know there is no "free lunch", so anybody that can give you qualified loan advice on things like which mortgage, loan options or how to find a mortgage and the best home loan.....has to be getting paid somehow. Follow the money! If the person you are talking to and getting advice from, gets paid by doing your loan (which is pretty much everybody but us), then do you think they will give you advice to go somewhere else, because that's what's best for you? Probably not! We get paid a small fee upfront by you, regardless of who you choose to do your loan with, so we have absolutely no reason to tell you anything but the real deal and be your true mortgage advisor. Not some loan officer who sounds like you can trust him or her or they seem nice, but at the end of the day needs to sell you a mortgage to feed his or her family. Even if they check out and you've done your homework on the company. They can be a very reputable company, but they still need to stay in business and they do that by selling you a loan.....not sending you to their competition!
